Creating Your First Project

To jump into your first session, you can hit the default session button.

Core Workflow

• Hold the Right click button to enter look around mode, which hides the UI.

• Press M to toggle the menus away or bring them back.

• Use WASD to move around the space.

• You can adjust the UI scale and Quality slider in the settings upon initial entry to make the workspace comfortable.

Access the Object Library to search for and drag and drop items into the space.

• Use hotkeys to manipulate objects:

  • W for movement.

  • E for resize.

  • R for rotate.

• The scroll wheel also rotates objects.

• Customize object properties, such as size, wood type, or adding casters, using the properties panel.

• To duplicate an object, press and hold Alt + left-clicking and dragging a copy. If you drag the axis locked movement arrow while holding Alt, the copy will remain locked onto that axis.

• Accessing the Properties Panel on the right side of the viewport will allow you to change the material, dimensions, and other object-specific properties of the currently selected object.

Saving

When you are done working, go to File and select Save As, if you have already saved the project with a name you can use Ctrl+S to save
